Who I am

My name is Dominika Siwak and I offer comprehensive Cross-Cultural Coaching, Team Coaching , Leadership Coaching and 1:1 Personal Development Coaching services to private and business clients.

My coaching approach is grounded in personalized coaching programs tailored to each client's unique needs, aspirations, and challenges. Within a professional setting built on trust and confidentiality, clients are empowered to cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves and their potential. I embrace a holistic approach, recognizing that personal growth spans all aspects of life, from career aspirations to relationships and well-being. With a focus on fostering sustainable change, together we embark on a journey of self-discovery, exploring new perspectives and pathways to success.

My background

My passion for experiencing diverse cultures and languages through travel and work has had a significant impact on my professional journey, both in the corporate world and as an intercultural coach. As a person of Polish origin, I began my journey by studying and working in France for a few years before moving to Sweden, which has been my home since 2008.

I have an educational background in business and engineering and over ten years of professional experience in the IT sector, including roles in IT project manager, team manager, and agile team and organization coach. During this time, I have worked with well-known multinational companies such as Renault, BMW Financial Services, Scania, and iZettle/PayPal.

Parallel to my career within IT and agile coaching, in 2011, I decided to follow my passions for different cultures and human development. With that, my journey as a coach and trainer began with the goal of supporting fellow internationals grow as individuals as well as succeed in Sweden from a cultural perspective. This pursuit has now turned into my second career, which I absolutely love.

As a cross-cultural coach, I have coached over 150 global leaders and their families from around the world. In my role as a team coach, I have worked with diverse software development teams across various industries, comprised of members from diverse cultural backgrounds.

I completed my coaching training at the widely recognized coaching school, Integral Coaching Canada. I am currently certified as an Integral Master Coachâ„¢ and accredited as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation

Coaching Leaders in East Africa

Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda

Since 2023, I have been collaborating with Dr. Joyce Malombe, the Founder of the Collective Rising Leadership Institute and co-creator of the Regional Education Learning Initiative Africa, in coaching leadership teams as a part of unique seven month Leadership Program for leadership teams of NGO organizations working in the field of education in East Africa.

In 2024 Collective Rising Leadership Program focuses on coaching leaders working in the field of Girls Education, Social Justice and Gender Equality as a part of UN Girls' Education Initiative (UNGEI).


Collective Rising Leadership Institute aims to reimagine African models of leadership development and community building and strengthening in support of future change that truly serves everyone.

Regional Education Learning Initiative (RELI) Africa, an evidenced-focused, collaborative learning initiative of more than 70 civil society organizations working on improving learning outcomes of marginalized children in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
